What can I use my support hours for?

Hours purchased may be used for Help with Microsoft 365, Microsoft 365 Administration, Microsoft 365 Training or Microsoft 365 Development
– there is no restriction as to how hours purchased may be used.

How is support provided?

Support is provided for up to 5 nominated contacts on any plan. Nominated contacts can engage Office How support via email, phone or through our Website. One-on-one help with Microsoft 365 is provided via email, phone and Microsoft Teams.

I already have Microsoft 365. Can I still buy support?

Yes. We work with many businesses that already have Microsoft 365 and simply require additional support.

Can I change my support plan at any time?

You can subscribe to a new support plan at any time and carry over any unused hours to your new support plan.*

How is support time charged?

Time is based on actual time involved in completing the request, including time spent evaluating the request. Support is charged per use at a minimum of fifteen (15) minutes, and additional fifteen (15) minute increments thereafter.

*Hours purchased do not carry hours from one contract term to the next. Hours purchased must be used within 12 months of purchase.
These hours are reserved for you during the term, should you need them.
